I would like to know who denied themselves and avoided sweets, fatty foods, and junk food and still gained 40 pounds or more.
I strictly followed my diet with my first pregnancy and gained 55 pounds.
I have been lucky to have spent most my pregnancy in the winter, but the down side is the last couple of weeks of pregnancy has been and will be in extreme heat. The worst part is my air conditioning is beinf fixed before the baby arrives, so I am only using house fans. For those who have already been through a summer pregnancy, how did you keep up your diet? did it affect it? I cant seem to eat anything but fruit anymore, it is just way to hot!! Any advice would be great, thanks!!!
Hello…I’m a semi-active 29 year old mom. I usually do cardio 4 times a week and weights 2 days a week before I got pregnant. Currently, I’m about to give birth in less than 3 weeks, but I want to already have my diet plan in order. I will need to lose about 35 pounds. So please give me any good diet suggestions or programs you have used, so I can plan accordingly.
Once this pregnancy is over, I will have about 60 pounds worth of weight to lose from my present pregnancy and weight that I never lost from 2 previous pregnancies. How soon after I give birth can I start to exercise? What kinds of exercises are most effective to lose the type of weight gained from being pregnant? Which for me is mostly in the stomach, thighs, and arms. I am at a beginning or maybe moderate exercise level, and I will have 3 young children to take care of while exercising.
