By what week of pregnancy are most pregnancies detected on the HPT?

We all know the stories of women who have gotten lucky and found a positive result a week before their periods are even due (putting them at about week 3 of pregnancy). But, I can’t seem to find any information about when MOST pregnancies are detected by. Is it something like 95% of pregnancies can be detected on a HPT by the 6th week, or something around then? Thanks!

    between the 3-6th week of pregnancy.

    If your using a sensitive test ( can tell you the sensitivities) like an early result test, its 95% effective on the day of their missed period. meaning at 4 weeks. There are extreme cases, people who found out at 3 weeks, others who found out at 7. but i belive the majority of people that are in tune with their body or trying to conceive, find out right around week 4. Some other people wait until they are two weeks late to test, or even later. I found out when my period was 5 days late (thats when I finally got a positive result) so i was 4 weeks 5 days.
