There are extreme cases, people who found out at 3 weeks, others who found out at 7. but i belive the majority of people that are in tune with their body or trying to conceive, find out right around week 4. Some other people wait until they are two weeks late to test, or even later. I found out when my period was 5 days late (thats when I finally got a positive result) so i was 4 weeks 5 days.
