It's just an anti-inflamatory... similar to ibuprofen, but works a little differently. The main thing is that if you start to have symptoms of pregnancy, switch over to tylenol until you talk to your doctor or pharmacist. From what I understand, you're usually told not to take very much advil or ibuprofen when pregnant. It's not a huge risk to my knowledge, but it can potentially cause problems.
