My job can be very stressful so, I want some ideas on how to safely handle the stresses of life during pregnancy. I know that some herbs must be avoided during pregnancy; this is why I mention my pregnancy. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Exercise always helps with stress, might look into yoga. Probably should check with a doctor before doing anything to make sure won’t hurt the baby.
Really try to get as much rest as possible when not working. Also – do the people you work with/for know that you’re pregnant? If not, let them know. You’re sure to get more sympathy, and hopefully a little less stress for a few months! Good luck and congratulations!!
Going for long walks or taking a bath..and *** isn’t bad either
warm (not hot) bath, soothing music, journaling, exercising, especially yoga (exercise is a big one because it releases endorphins and makes you happier and more relaxed), making sure to have some quiet, alone time every day for whatever of the above activities you want to do
you need to do what relieves you. Make time for yourself daily if you can. I like to get outside and hike if I can, take a long shower, a bath, or go swimming (im a water person…can ya tell?!) get a pregnancy massage! All these make me feel much less stressed

Hi,
I have a lot of stress at home and my job is actually like my escape from it all…but when I find myself depressed or too angry…or anything negative, I try to read a good book or come on Yahoo answers and read funny questions and answer them as well. I try to read anything that makes me laugh…or I also watch funny movies or TV shows…
If I don’t want to stay inside my house I take my dogs for a walk or to the dog park…I also write a lot when I’m upset.
I would go for a walk, get a little exercise or do something just for you that helps you to relax and get away from the stress. Sometimes reading a book is a great escape to a day filled with stress.
