Not all woman have pregnancy symptoms or associate them with pregnancy right away.

It takes 2-3 weeks after conception to start to feel symptoms and another 2-3 weeks before you’ll feel larger symptoms like morning sickness.

Some women have very few symptoms of pregnancy. Many often have periods throughout…some gain little noticeable weight (esp. overweight women)…some never have morning sickness or cravings. However, symptoms can start as early as 3 weeks to a month after conception depending on the first day of your last period. If you’re more than a week late, you can test. If you’re three weeks before your next period, you may have to wait. Some tests allow you to find out a few days before your period is due, but only a few days. I would say to watch your diet and cut out cigs./alcohol (if used) until you either start, are late, a few days before your next period, or become symptomatic. You’ll need to wait at least 3 or 4 weeks after *********** whatever you choose.

Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy. Some women experience signs or symptoms of pregnancy within a week of conception. For other women, pregnancy symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all.

Symptoms are not generally noticable until around the fifth or sixth week of conception, after you miss your first period. However, many women say they feel symptoms within a couple weeks.

The first real pregnancy symptom you will experience is a missed period. Some women have symptoms before their period is missed, but most home pregnancy tests will not show an accurate positive result until at least the first day of a missed period.

The next pregnancy symptom you may experience is tender, swollen or painful breasts. Usually, this symptom shows up around the time you have missed your period, however, some women experience this symptom within the first week after conception. This is cause by the rising levels in hormones which are necessary to sustain a pregnancy. However, this may also be a sign of PMS, though the symptoms you’ll have during your pregnancy will be more pronounced than PMS symptoms.

Within the first week to 12 days after conception, you may experience a little bleeding. This may be caused by implantation of the egg into the lining of the uterus. The bleeding is usually very slight, pinkish in color, and might be present on toilet paper while going to the bathroom or on your underwear. It is usually not enough to even cover a panty liner, but some women have described it as being similar to a light period.

Food aversions and cravings usually happen around the same time that you start to experience morning sickness. The smell of cooking bacon or hamburgers may send you running to the bathroom while the site of a tuna fish sandwich may make your mouth water. Many women have to have a particular food at every meal in order to be satisfied and keep their stomachs settled.

i really hope i was somewhat helpful.. i would deffinitly take a HP test just to be sure. goodluck

Every symptom and pregnancy is different. The only symptom i had at 4 weeks was bad cramping like my period was comming, and even at 6 weeks, i only had ****** tenderness.

It varies from person to person. I knew I was pregnant before my period was late because things that I would smell on a regular basis would make me *** and I didn’t get my usual premenstrual “warning” cramps the week leading up to my period. If your period is consistent and you know body, when you get pregnant you’ll know. The only symptom I had starting out was aching breasts and slight nausea but when I hit my 7th week I started getting more serious nausea to the point where I can’t eat much of anything and now that I’m 10 weeks I wake up in the middle of the night hungry as hell but too sick to eat, which makes me feel even more sick.
My boss’s wife was 8 months when she found out she was pregnant. If she hadn’t gone to the doctor it’s possible she wouldn’t have known she was pregnant until she went into labor.
