I didn't start having any symptoms until I was about 5 weeks pregnant. I started out with really sore breasts and was tired ALL the time. Then shortly after I started having ALL day sickness (instead of morning sickness). It's different for everyone. But the symptoms can be...nausea and or vomiting, sore or tender breasts as early as a few days after conception, fatigue, late or missed period of course, frequent ********* as early as 2-3 weeks after conception and there are others that come when your farther along. But definitely take a test if you think you may be pregnant. The at home pregnancy tests are reliable, but follow up with a doctor to confirm the results, either way. My earliest symptom was sore boobs. I usually get sore boobs with my period but it usually happened only like a day before. These were way too early.
