The longer you go without smoking the better your chances of never doing again. You need to learn to deal with stress without smoking because you are going to have a lot of it once you are pregnant and once that little baby comes along. If you know for sure that you ovulate this weekend (i.e. you are not pregnant right now), go ahead and enjoy your ONE cigarette! Think of it this way...this may be your last chance to have a cigarette for the next 9+ months if you are serious about not smoking during your pregnancy or around your baby. Ttc is stressful by itself, let alone adding work and other things to the equation. Go ahead and relax for now!
