What are pregnancy symptoms during the first week?

My wife and I started trying to get pregnant 5 days ago. According to ovulation web sites we stated on the best day possible. Yestersay she complained about achy leggs and feeling “weird.” Also mild cramps. Are there symptoms for pregnancy that occur so quickly?

    I think it’s too soon to feel anything. But I’m no doctor. What I did feel pretty much right away was severe fatigue. Good luck!!

    not really, early pregnancy signs include sore aching boobs, fatigue, nausea, vomiting and all these signs usually occur about 1 week before period is due.

    No the first symptoms usually dont start until about 3 weeks with tender or sore ****** and some cramping.
