What are the chances of 2 pregnancy test showing positive be incorrect?

This is my first pregnancy, and I am so worried. I am getting very excited, but this little place in the back of my mind is telling me not to get too excited until after I go to the doctor. Could their be a chance of it being wrong? If I calculated correctly I would be approx. 5 weeks.Thanks.

    If you read the tests within 5 min and they both say positive you are surely pregnant.

    I think we’ve all questioned our positive pregnancy tests at some point. Having the reassurance of a Dr.’s visit helps make it feel more real.

    I took 5 HPT’s…lol

    …time to make your first doctor’s appointment. By the way, with my last, I took two tests too, and my GP didn’t even blood test because of the reliability of the tests…

    I know the feeling. I had 7 positive tests (I loved watching how quick the positive came up) and I STILL worried i’d test neg at the doctor. You’re pregnant sweetie congrats!!

    Slim to none… The onl y thing that changes the lines on the magic stick is a hormone your body releases only when you are pregnant. Once you get past your first trimester the risk decreases dramatically. The first trimester is the hardest.

    I got 3 positives and still was nervous I wasn’t pregnant. Rest assurred you are pregnant. The odds of 2 tests showing a false positive are pretty much 0%

    they are REALLY accurate! I asked my doctor the same questions and she said that all those tests measure for is the pregnancy hormone..
    You can get excited–but it’s so normal to be nervous and skeptical… I took the EPT test with the two pink lines—no matter what shades of pink the two lines are–if there are two lines you are pregnant!

    Make an appt with your doctor for your first visit and call and get some pre-natal vitamins for your baby! :)

    Hahaha I know exactly how you feel, I’m pregnant with my first too and I took 2 tests just to be sure, even though they both came up positive I refuse to even think about it or get excited until I go to my first scan. It’s stupid but all I can think is that there’s nothing there, it’s all in my head, my body’s playing cruel tricks on me. Ahhhh I hope everything is ok for us both! xxx

    Maybe… But I doupt it. I had that same feeling too. [[This is my first also]] But my feeling was wrong im happily 17weeks with healthy baby =D Congrats!!!
