if your friend had a tubal pregnancy, she would be in alot of pain. they symptons appear a couple of weeks after concieving as the featus grows and the fillopeon tube is very small and not a lot of room for growth.

With a tubal, there would be intense pain, and by 3 months she would have had symptoms because the size of the baby at this point would have ruptured her fallopian tube. So I seriously doubt it is a tubal pregnancy.

Also, you are incorrect that an ectopic pregnancy doesn't show up on a pregnancy test. It does. The embryo is developing and therefore the pregnancy hormone HCG will be present.

I do not think your friend is pregnant. But if she hasn't had a period in three months when she has otherwise been regular, she needs to go to the doctor, insurance or no. She could have an STD or other illness that has affected her cycles.

you dont need insurance to go to a planned parenthood.. they are the best bet if you are really worried...
i know it sounds like a teenage "i dont want my parents to know" kind of thing to do.. but they ARE doctors.. and can help without insurance.. they just charge a flat fee and thats it..and some things are free depending on age, and situation...
good luck..

If it is tubal, she will have a lot of pain. if she does not have insurance (and lives in the U.S.), Planned Parenthood will see her for free.

Good Luck!
