If you have no serious medical problems and you have an uncomplicated pregnancy, it’s probably safe for you to do some exercising.

Yoga is a good one. Also aqua running is brilliant and you don’t need to be able to swim to do that as you have a big float belt on – I did that throughout my entire pregnancy and there were plenty of non-swimmers who did it too.
Well yoga is a good excersize to be doing when pregnant

I’ve heard short walks with a bit of sun is good, especially easier during labor if your planning on a natural birth.
