		<description>there are plenty of DVDs that you can buy designed for pregnancy. 

Yoga is a good one. Also aqua running is brilliant and you don&#039;t need to be able to swim to do that as you have a big float belt on - I did that throughout my entire pregnancy and there were plenty of non-swimmers who did it too.</description>
