What are the chances of pregnancy after getting your period after the morning after pill?

I had unprotected *** and took the morning after pill the next day, and a week later have my period. I have read that the morning after pill can induce either a late or early period so I hope this is why. But also I know you can be pregnant and still get a period. Do you think I need to take a pregnancy test or I am being overly paranoid?
